- Gather leaves of sili, number of leaves vary depending on gender of the patient, 7 leaves for male and 9 leaves for female. Place the gathered leaves in the middle of the "abuhan".
- Direction for use:
- The healer chants these lines "Gahawang ka ihawa ka sodorang kadong, tugkos kane ise. " Then the healer throws the leaves away from the "abuhan".
- Additional information:
- The throwing of leaves away from the "abuhan" signifies sending away the "bad spirit" that caused the infliction.
