Decoction-Harvest about a palm-sized bark of Katmon. Boil in a glass of water. Wait for a minute to simmer. |

Drink the decoction after giving birth until feeling better. |
Additional information: |
The patient is advised to hang or keep the bark of Katmon plant inside the house to protect them from supernatural beings who try to invade in and cause harm. He or she could burn the bark as incense. |
