Method of Preparation: |
Obtain a manaba, pamalawagon, and santol bark, 6 inches long and 3 inches wide. Wash plant materials thoroughly. Boil these in 3 glasses of water until 1 1/2 glass of decoction is left. Let it cool. |
Direction for use: |
Drink half a glass of decoction thrice a day before meals. Do this for 1 week. |
