Additional information: |
One dapal is the width of four fingers. Tabardilyo is due to pasma ha gutom. Pasma ha gutom is manifested by headache, cold perspiration, and may lead to epilepsy. It is caused by frequent skipping of meals then drinking something cold like coconut water. |
