Method of Preparation:
Prepare concentrated decoction by boiling 3 pieces each of dapal - long roots in 3 glasses of water until 1 glass of decoction remains.
Direction for use:
Take decoction by mouth.
Additional information:
One dapal is the width of four fingers. The healing property of mayabas is attributed to its acrid taste (mapakla).
