Method of Preparation: |
Obtain roots of hagimit, karayakay, kawilan, litid, orukay, and ulayan, 3 pieces for each plant. Each root must be 3 inches in leangth. Wash these thoroughly. Boil these in 6 glasses of water until 3 glasses of decoction remain. Let it cool. |
Direction for use: |
Drink 1 glass of decoction thrice a day before meals. Do this for 1 week. |
Additional information: |
While taking the decoction, one should not eat papaya, jackfruit, eggplant, squash and fish that can cause pabughat (binat). |
