Method of Preparation: Poultice-Get a handful of mature leaves and a palm-sized bark of Tara-tara. Scrape the inner portion of the bark then add "lana" on the leaves.
Direction for use: Place the scraped bark on the leaves with lana then apply it on the painful parts.
