| Method of Preparation: |
Poultice-Gather a handful of Barusbos bark (red kind), coconut meat (also the red kind), and the roots of a specific variety of banana called "talumbaga". Pound the different parts then place everything or "bugkoson" inside a "kalikam" (red cloth). |
| Direction for use: |
After putting everything inside the red cloth, the healer then tap "pukpok" gently the head of the patient using the poultice. |
| Additional information: |
The tapping movement "pukpok" using the poultice is said to increase / fasten the growth of hair of the patient. The patient is said to experience hair loss or alopecia. Malanot ang buhok; nagakurog inig saka sa adlaw maski unsa kabaga ang jacket nga gamiton. |
