Method of Preparation: Decoction- Boil the different barks of the plants in 1 glass of water, wait until it boils.
Direction for use: Drink the decoction before meals, once a day.
Additional information: The phlegm is loosen for easy expulsion. Harvest the plants the area where the sun rises.
