Method of Preparation: Infusion-Obtain a handful of mature leaves. Put to boil in 3 glasses of water, wait until it boils.
Direction for use: Drink the infusion 3x a day until colds is resolved.
Additional information: Bitannu is the Tagabawa term for common colds or sip-on in Bisaya, sipon (Tagalog).
