Indication: For sinnat (Tagabawa), bughat (Bisaya), binat (Tagalog)
Plant part used: Roots
Method of Preparation: Decoction- Gather about a handful of papaya roots, preferrably 3 pieces in quantity. Boil in one glass of water, wait until it boils.
Direction for use: Take the decoction as prescribed. Divided in to 3 parts. Continue until condition improves.
Additional information: Sinnat is commonly translated into English as relapse. Usually described as a condition where in a person recovered from an ilness then suddenly gets sick again shortly after.
