Method of Preparation: Liniment- Obtain a handful of bark. Dry the barks under direct sun. After drying, chop the barks into smaller pieces. Soak the chopped barks in a bottle-filled "lana".
Direction for use: Apply the liniment on the affected part.
Additional information: Lana is made from cooked coconut milk boiled until it turns to clear oil.
