Indication: For bughat (Bisaya), post partum relapse (English)
Plant part used: Roots
Method of Preparation: Decoction-Boil in 4 glasses of water a handful of pako roots and a handful of abaca roots.
Direction for use: Let the newly-delivered mother drink the decoction, 1 glass per meal or 3x a day for 2 days.
Additional information: Newly delivered mothers should avoid drinking cold water. It is believed that cold water causes "post-partum relapse".
