Method of Preparation: Get enough size of the stem of apalang.
Direction for use: Chew and swallow the juice from the stem.
Additional information: Around 12 ft., with small red flowers; The hanunuo mangyan in balugo believed that when apalang's flowers bloom the will catch cold.
