Method of Preparation: Burn to ashes a petiole of a coconut. Put hot ashes in a basin. Place 2 glasses of water. Allow ashes to precipitate. Then get 1/2 glass of water from the basin. Squeeze 3 fruits of calamansi.
Direction for use: All ages: Drink 1/2 glass 3x a day.
