Method of Preparation: Decoction: Scrape the stem of (a) duguan, (b) sibukaw and (c) puti-laya. Boil equal proportion of the scraped stem in 3-5 glasses of water for 5 minutes.
Direction for use: Drink the decoction everyday.
Additional information: Precaution: Not good for the pregnant.
