Method of Preparation: Chop the roots of (a) kahoy nga hubad, (b) pahauling kahoy and (c) pahauli sa moros into small pieces. Mix and boil equal proportion of the roots in 5 glasses of water for 10 minutes.
Direction for use: Drink the decoction three (3) times a day before/after eating.
