Method of Preparation: Chop the bark of (a) kaningag, (b) tabog hangin and (c) kulinos kahoy into small pieces. Mix and boil in 5 glasses of water for 5 minutes.
Direction for use: Drink the decoction three (3) times a day before/after eating.
