Method of Preparation: Chop the stem of (a) lagikaw, (b) hantalabako, (c) malawmaw, (d) tugas hamol-aw, and (e) taypong pula into small pieces. Boil in 5 glasses of water for 5 minutes.
Direction for use: Drink the decoction three (3) times a day after eating.
