Method of Preparation: Chop 5 pieces of thumb-sized stem of (a) malawmaw, (b) lagikaw, and (c) taypong pula. Boil in 3-5 glasses of water for 5 minutes.
Direction for use: Drink the decoction three (3) times a day before/after eating.
