Method of Preparation: Get 1 leaf of (a) payaw, 7 leaves of (b) banaba, 1 handful leaves of (c) sinaw-sinaw. Chop all the leaves into small pieces and boil in 3 glasses of water for 5 minutes.
Direction for use: Drink the decoction three (3) times a day if severe.
