Method of Preparation: Get 1 leaf of (a) pinya, 5 matured leaves of (b) abokado, 5 matured leaves of (c) lansones. Chop all the leaves into small pieces and boil in 5 glasses of water for 5 minutes.
Direction for use: Drink the decoction three (3) times a day after eating.
