Method of Preparation: Decoction: Get 1 handful leaves of (a) yahong-yahong, 1 handful of (b) sinaw-sinaw, and 7 young leaves of (c) banaba. Boil in 5 glasses of water for 10 minutes.
Direction for use: Drink the decoction if severe.
