Method of Preparation: Poultice: Get 3 sprouting leaves. Crumple the leaves and put it inside the nostril. Make sure that breathing through the nose is still possible.
Direction for use: Dalapot leaves may be eaten or placed inside the nosetril but make sure that breathing through the nose is still possible.
