Method of Preparation: Get 3 young leaves of (a) halom kahoy, 3 young leaves of (b) taypong pula, 3 young leaves of (c) lagikaw, 3 young leaves of (d) bangkal and 3 young leaves of (e) tugas hamol-aw. Boil in 1 liter of water for 10 minutes.
Direction for use: Drink the decoction three (3) times a day before/after eating.
