Method of Preparation: Chop the roots of (a) lingatong, (b) kalagaskagas, and (c) siling kilikot into small pieces. Mix and boil equal proportion of the roots in 5 glasses of water for 10 minutes.
Direction for use: Drink the decoction three (3) times a day.
