Method of Preparation: Decoction: Chop 1 piece of palm-sized bark of lomboy, 3 matured leaves of abokado and 3 leaves of bayabas and boil in 5 glasses of water for 10 minutes.
Direction for use: Drink the decoction three (3) times a day before/after eating.
