Method of Preparation: Get the rhizome of luy-a tapol , roots of kaningag, roots of tabog hangin and wash. Boil in 5 glasses of water for 10 minutes.
Direction for use: Drink the decoction three (3) times a day before eating or drink anytime of the day.
