Method of Preparation: Get 1 piece of palm-sized bark of (a) santol, (b) abokado and (c) lomboy. Chop them into small pieces. Mix and boil in 3 glasses of water for 5 minutes.
Direction for use: Drink the decoction three (3) times a day before/after eating.
