Method of Preparation: Get 1 piece of palm-sized bark of (a) sereguelas, (b) nangka and (c) santol. Chop them into small pieces. Mix and boil in 3-5 glasses of water for 5 minutes.
Direction for use: Drink the decoction three (3) times a day before/after eating.
