Method of Preparation: Decoction: Get 1 piece of palm-sized bark of (a) tabog hangin, (b) kulinos kahoy, and (c) salngan. Chop them into small pieces and boil in 3-5 glasses of water.
Direction for use: Drink the decoction three (3) times a day.
