Method of Preparation: Get 5 seeds of (a) tambaligasa, roots of (b) mala-mala, and roots of (c) bayabas. Wash, mix and boil them in 5 glasses of water for 10 minutes.
Direction for use: Drink the decoction three (3) times a day after eating.
